At the beginning of 2024, in the middle of the winter season, TACQUET INDUSTRIES responds to an urgent call for the restoration of a Turbo Food Pump. This critical situation impacts the operator’s electricity production, which is only stabilized at 47% of capacity.

🚀 An expert team is immediately deployed to the site. What’s their mission? Assess the means needed to restore this vital equipment. In no time, a thorough study confirms the procedure and establishes a provisional schedule.

OBJECTIVES
– Dimensional and geometric controls of the upper and lower body combining sophisticated metrology «SCAN 3D & TRACKER LASER» as well as conventional
– Destruction of damaged rushes
– Mechanical crimping of new reeds
– Recovery of the pitting and sealing ranges of these reeds
– Dimensional and geometric checks for acceptance

Days later, our teams start construction 👷
Two machines and a staff of ten technicians are deployed to optimize response time. The checks and analyses are carried out before the first machining operations begin.
